I called to get an estimate on a new HVAC system. I was pleasantly surprised when thy said they could come the next day. The estimator was knowledgeable and gave me several different options. The Perry representative was not high pressure and he tried to fit a system to our needs.

Jordan was able to come out the next morning after we called. We described the issues we were having. He addressed those and gave the entire system a once over to verify that there were not any other significant issues. He repaired the components that were at issue and was done within the window we expected.

Another routine visit, this time by Rafael. I was with him and we talked about what to do next (changing the fan, which is starting to vibrate on its bearing, as well as its capacitor, which is far from its nominal capacitance, with some cleaning in a couple of places). Our cooling/heating Trane unit is old (2-yrs short of 20-yrs) but not overused, so it should go for a few more years and I'll have fun doing the work myself. Another five stars, well deserved...

I received an estimate to repair a leaking bathroom faucet and helpful advice on the repair itself, and other plumbing issues that need to be done in the future. The plumber was very helpful.

The blower motor on my heat pump decided to unsubscribe from life on the morning of a day predicted to hit 106 degrees. It made it to 108! When I called for service, I was told they could not make it out until the next morning, but would try to fit me in. Twenty minutes later, I received a call telling me I was NEXT on the service tech's list! Within the hour the tech verified the problem and ordered the required parts. He was back and the unit repaired within two hours! That is something I really appreciate about Perry. They do everything they can to get your unit up and running as soon as possible.

I have purchased three HVAC units from Perry and their service is fantastic. It is always prompt and thorough. My most recent tech Richard T.D. went above and beyond to help fix my unit's difficult issue.

Perry has pleasant, professional techs that explain everything clearly. The work they do is timely and they communicate with you from the confirmation call to the arriving call.

I called Perry to get another opinion about replacing a TxValve. Our technician, Micah, was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained how the part worked and what our options were.

Perry saved me from being scammed by another company (who I will not mention here). They sent Micah out right away and he was able to get our system back up and running after the sabotage from the other company.

He was quick to discover the problem with my Thermostat was "ME." He calmly explained and showed me the proper way to set and reset my thermostat. He is a valuable asset to Perry HC&P and I give him an Outstanding Rating!

Micah (our service tech) was very thorough in inspecting our HVAC system, showing us where there were minor leaks in our system, and presenting several options for maintenance, repair and/or replacement of our system. We will definitely use Perry for future repairs and eventual replacement needs.

Purchased the unit and had them install four years ago. Tuesday night I noticed the thermostat was set to 76 degrees and it was reading 82, so my boyfriend called One Hour Air first and their technician charged $434 and said the job would cost $2,000. Next I called Perry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, and Mario went above and beyond and got a technician out asap. Micah came out asap and charged $80 to diagnose and said the job would cost $1300. Glad I got a second opinion.

I am so grateful and thoroughly satisfied with the work done on my hot water heater. The technician, Martine, was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. 5 star service!
