Today I called Perry Heating, Cooling, ... for the first time because a friend of mine worked there a few years ago. She liked working there. So, I thought I'd call them about my AC problem. They scheduled a tech to come out. Jordan came to my home and found the problem and fixed it right away. But found other issues along the way. We have a very old AC unit. He recommended several fixes that will get us thru the summer and even a replacement option. He gave me the options and costs. He did not pressure me once. He polite and respectful. He was happy to send me a quote and let me and my spouse talk it over and decide how to proceed. Will I do business with Perry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, yes, you bet i will.

Once again I had Perry Heating and Cooling out for a repair. This time is was the heating system and Richard was the tech who responded. I am happy with the entire experience. I got an appointment quickly, Richard was very good at explaining the problem, got the part he needed and fixed the furnace right away. He also did a carbon monoxide check before he left. Our Tech Rafael Tapia was absolutely unbelievable ! Put one compressor in it was BAD ! Most techs would have said we'll try to find another one and hopefully get back tomorrow or the following week ! He left called me back in 20 minutes and said I found one it's being dropped off in a bit but while hes waiting he's already working to get the BAD unit out so he'll be ready when the new compressor gets here that's what you call a professional tech that is prepared.And rate in store the new compressor when it gets here ! I know there's a lot of companies out there would not go out of their way and then have that type of integrity.To please their customer and he went way beyond that.And some ! Rafael Tapia said we were gonna have cooling that day and his word was gold ! That guy is such a great tech.A great guy that cares of his pride and quality of his work and enjoys the company that he works for that's Perry heating and cooling ! But very unhappy my call was never returned about my new water heater filter. Perry and heating I called two times April and May 2025 and was told we have not hired a plumber yet but when we do you at the top of the list to call. never heard back so I had to call someone else to help me.
