Our Tech Rafael Tapia was absolutely unbelievable ! Put one compressor in it was BAD ! Most techs would have said we'll try to find another one and hopefully get back tomorrow or the following week ! He left called me back in 20 minutes and said I found one it's being dropped off in a bit but while hes waiting he's already working to get the BAD unit out so he'll be ready when the new compressor gets here that's what you call a professional tech that is prepared.And rate in store the new compressor when it gets here ! I know there's a lot of companies out there would not go out of their way and then have that type of integrity.To please their customer and he went way beyond that.And some ! Rafael Tapia said we were gonna have cooling that day and his word was gold ! But very unhappy my call was never returned about my new water heater filter. Perry and heating I called two times April and May 2025 and was told we have not hired a plumber yet but when we do you at the top of the list to call. never heard back so I had to call someone else to help me.
