But very unhappy my call was never returned about my new water heater filter. Perry and heating I called two times April and May 2025 and was told we have not hired a plumber yet but when we do you at the top of the list to call. never heard back so I had to call someone else to help me. We purchased a Trane heat pump from Perry about 11 years ago. They have been maintaining it biannually and it has been very reliable. Request Todd or Jordan, they are professional, highly skilled, and always meets expectations. They goes the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction.

Perry Heating, Cooling and Plumbing technicians always arrive in a timely manner and are extremely well-mannered and knowledgeable. We have used their services for over 30 years.

Had them come give my system a once over, after having just bought the house and had an inspection done on it. The tech was extremely informative and gave the best run down on everything he found. Loved working with him. Will be using them for our system from here on out.

Been with Perry Heating ,Cooling for awhile first one installed 2005 and the last one 2019 service very great job every time. I am glad I have them back.

I called to get an estimate on a new HVAC system. I was pleasantly surprised when thy said they could come the next day. The estimator was knowledgeable and gave me several different options. The Perry representative was not high pressure and he tried to fit a system to our needs.

Jordan was able to come out the next morning after we called. We described the issues we were having. He addressed those and gave the entire system a once over to verify that there were not any other significant issues. He repaired the components that were at issue and was done within the window we expected.

Another routine visit, this time by Rafael. I was with him and we talked about what to do next (changing the fan, which is starting to vibrate on its bearing, as well as its capacitor, which is far from its nominal capacitance, with some cleaning in a couple of places). Our cooling/heating Trane unit is old (2-yrs short of 20-yrs) but not overused, so it should go for a few more years and I'll have fun doing the work myself. Another five stars, well deserved...

I received an estimate to repair a leaking bathroom faucet and helpful advice on the repair itself, and other plumbing issues that need to be done in the future. The plumber was very helpful.

The blower motor on my heat pump decided to unsubscribe from life on the morning of a day predicted to hit 106 degrees. It made it to 108! When I called for service, I was told they could not make it out until the next morning, but would try to fit me in. Twenty minutes later, I received a call telling me I was NEXT on the service tech's list! Within the hour the tech verified the problem and ordered the required parts. He was back and the unit repaired within two hours! That is something I really appreciate about Perry. They do everything they can to get your unit up and running as soon as possible.
