Replaced HVAC Sysyem. Great job by Perry. Micah answered all our questions. Robert and Ozzie demoed and installed our new system. They all have the experience and training to do a first class job. We are happy with the new system. It works better than the old could.

They installed our heating / AC system back in 2012 and have been servicing the equipment since and have done an excellent job. We sign up for a four year service plan which includes a few schedule appointments and free service on jobs…. Great Company and always responsive to our needs :)

I'm so glad I called Perry. I have needed them three times now due to separate issues with my builder grade hvac. I wasn't oversold and the techs, both Richard and Cody were friendly, knowledgeable, and presented themselves well. They diagnosed and fixed the issues with no hassle at a reasonable labor cost.

Richard went above and beyond to help me understand different aspects of my system and ensured my attic was left clear and clean of trash and debris.

The service was completed rapidly. The maintenance needed was fully explained and approved before it was started. The work was completed, and I was shown before and after photos of the work that had been done.

Our fall check up for the Hvac system went well. The only complaint. I wish companies would give hard copy invoices. I don't have a printer so never get invoices I can file.

I had Perry Heating, Cooling install my last 2 air conditioners - 2 different homes - and when at spring check up, the tech located a leak in my 11.5 year old system, he presented options. He was clear, calm and answered all my questions. Within 5 days I had a new system installed and today a supervisor followed up to make sure all had been properly installed. I've been very pleased with the products and service over the past 20 years.

Perry heating and cooling is a class act in my book. Professional and thorough, prompt, knowledgeable and honest are descriptive words to apply to this company. My ac quit blowing cold air and the very next day, early in the morning our tech Cody was there. He analyzed the problem and within minutes had the ac pumping cool air. We were given an opportunity to question Cody and he explained in detail the problem which turned out to be an issue with a burned out wire.

We took a deep dive with Cody into prices, benefits, pros and cons of installing a new ac unit which we intend to do this fall. Cody explained the 3 most common types of plans generally used for the install in detail and left no question unanswered. We will proceed this fall informed, aware and prepared when we do the install with no surprises. This type of peace of mind is invaluable and truly appreciated.

Another thing Perry does well goes to the ladies who answer the phone. They are respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and take the time to listen. All of our calls were returned promptly and these ladies foster a sense of trust and confidence that we are important and our concerns will be dealt with timely.

Today I called Perry Heating, Cooling, ... for the first time because a friend of mine worked there a few years ago. She liked working there. So, I thought I'd call them about my AC problem. They scheduled a tech to come out. Jordan came to my home and found the problem and fixed it right away. But found other issues along the way. We have a very old AC unit. He recommended several fixes that will get us thru the summer and even a replacement option. He gave me the options and costs. He did not pressure me once. He polite and respectful. He was happy to send me a quote and let me and my spouse talk it over and decide how to proceed. Will I do business with Perry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, yes, you bet i will.
