I purchased a new heating and cooling system from Perry Heating and Cooling last Spring (‘24). From start to finish, and subsequent interactions since, every body has been professional, knowledgable, helpful and service-oriented. Today Richard arrived to conduct routine maintenance/ clean and check on the furnace. He was thorough and complete and fielded my (many) questions. Perry Heating and Cooling is trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend them.

Our Tech Rafael Tapia was absolutely unbelievable ! Put one compressor in it was BAD ! Most techs would have said we'll try to find another one and hopefully get back tomorrow or the following week ! He left called me back in 20 minutes and said I found one it's being dropped off in a bit but while hes waiting he's already working to get the BAD unit out so he'll be ready when the new compressor gets here that's what you call a professional tech that is prepared.And rate in store the new compressor when it gets here ! I know there's a lot of companies out there would not go out of their way and then have that type of integrity.To please their customer and he went way beyond that.And some ! Rafael Tapia said we were gonna have cooling that day and his word was gold ! That guy is such a great tech.A great guy that cares of his pride and quality of his work and enjoys the company that he works for that's Perry heating and cooling ! But very unhappy my call was never returned about my new water heater filter. Perry and heating I called two times April and May 2025 and was told we have not hired a plumber yet but when we do you at the top of the list to call. never heard back so I had to call someone else to help me. We purchased a Trane heat pump from Perry about 11 years ago. They have been maintaining it biannually and it has been very reliable. Request Todd or Jordan, they are professional, highly skilled, and always meets expectations. They goes the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction.

Perry Heating, Cooling and Plumbing technicians always arrive in a timely manner and are extremely well-mannered and knowledgeable. We have used their services for over 30 years.

Had them come give my system a once over, after having just bought the house and had an inspection done on it. The tech was extremely informative and gave the best run down on everything he found. Loved working with him. Will be using them for our system from here on out.

Been with Perry Heating ,Cooling for awhile first one installed 2005 and the last one 2019 service very great job every time. I am glad I have them back.
